Tamarack Cowl

I designed another cowl for gifting, and this time I used my very favourite cables commonly used in fisherman knit sweaters.

Knit in dk weight yarn in the round, this cowl used most of a 100 gram skein (237 metres). The yarn pictured here is Tanis Fiber Arts Amber label, a merino, cashmere, silk blend which makes for a wonderfully drapey, soft cowl.

I am hoping to make a couple more for Christmas gifts this year, time permitting!

You can buy the pattern here, for $4.00 (U.S.)

The pattern is written and charted and has been test knit and professionally tech-edited.
